After traveling throughout the universe with the Guardians of the Galaxy, Thor learns of Gorr, a new threat whose ultimate goal is to annihilate all gods. After Gorr takes the children from New Asgard and Thor finds no help from the other gods, he sets out with long time love, Jane Foster aka The Mighty Thor, Valkyrie and Korg in a race against time to defeat Gorr before he reaches Eternity, where the first person through gets whatever their heart desires. Here are a few movie mistakes to look for in “Thor – Love and Thunder”.

· Near the beginning of the movie, Gorr is talking to Rapu at the oasis. In the close-up, when he says, “I am Gorr, the last of your disciples”, there is a piece of fruit on the left side of his mouth. It cuts to a quick view of Rapu and then back to Gorr, as he continues to say, “we have lost everything”, and the fruit is on the right side of his mouth.

· Darcy brings snacks to Jane during her chemo treatment and puts the bags of chips next to her on the table. In the view of the bags of chips when Jane says, “It’s going amazing”, the green bag is on the left, the Fritos are in the middle with the Baked Lays on the right, facing Jane. Jane comments, “that we know about”, and they’re still in the same position. A moment later, when Darcy asks, “You got somewhere you got to be?”, the green bag and Fritos have switched places, and the Baked Lays are facing the opposite direction. It cuts to a wider view and a blue bag of chips is now on the table. The bags have switched positions again when Darcy talks about “playing the card”.

· During the play at New Asgard, “Hela” breaks through the “ominous portal” wielding her sword in her right hand. In the close-up a moment later, the sword is in her left hand.

· Thor arrives in New Asgard during the melee. When he asks Valkyrie who the new guy is, he’s not carrying Stormbreaker. He doesn’t have Stormbreaker when he notices Mjolnir and tries to grab it. Thor’s hands are still empty when he watches Jane with Mjolnir and approaches. But, when he says, “…and that’s my look”, he’s now holding Stormbreaker in his right hand.

“Thor – Love and Thunder” (2022) stars Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Christian Bale, Tessa Thompson, Russell Crowe, Taika Waititi, Jaimie Alexander, Idris Elba, Chris Pratt, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Sean Gunn, voice of Vin Diesel, voice of Bradley Cooper, Kat Dennings, Luke Hemsworth, Matt Damon, Sam Neill, Melissa McCarthy and India Rose Hemsworth. It runs 118 minutes and is rated PG-13 for intense sequences of sci-fi violence and action, language, some suggestive material and partial nudity.
